FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
Where will the trailer be on a regular basis?
See our regular hours on our homepage! Occasionally, we will switch it up and attend public events or cater to private events, you can find more information on our Events page. And follow us on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok for frequent updates and fun content!
Can I bring my own coffee tumbler / travel mug?
Yes! Just make sure it is CLEAN. We cannot make drinks in dirty cups due to health code restrictions.
And let us know how many ounces of liquid it holds so we can charge appropriately for your drink.
If you bring your own clean tumbler or mug, we will apply a small discount to your beverage!
How can I hire your mobile trailer for a private event?
Fill out our Private Event Request form to request our services and we will get back to you as soon as possible!
Is there seating at the trailer?
We will have limited seating outside under a covered tent for our guests. This will be weather dependent.
How does the pay it forward program work?
If you’d like to purchase a drink, food item, or meal for a future guest, please let us know at the register! We will start a new ticket for you with a separate payment for this order to make sure we don’t get our wires crossed and accidentally make the order now. Ordering online? No problem! Once you have ordered your own drinks & food and paid, start a new ticket. Mark each item as Pay It Forward from the options. Then pay again! Want to just have one ticket? Choose a gift certificate for the Pay It Forward program and add that to your order instead!
What is the community dinner? Can I come?
ALL ARE WELCOME at our Community Dinner. This is a place to grab a bite to eat FOR FREE, sit with your neighbors and friends, and break bread among your fellow community members. We want to feed folks from all walks of life and offer up a welcoming environment where we can learn more about the human experience and each other. Great networking opportunity as well!
Why are you closed Mondays and Tuesdays?
We do our prep work for the trailer on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure we are serving freshly prepared food and drink items for you! We also need some down time, food trailers are fun but it is a lot of work to run one!
