Event Day Guidelines and Procedures
FOR VENDORS:
SUNDAY
9/27/26
Setup: 9am
Event Begins: 10am
Event Ends: 4pm
Breakdown / Cleanup: 4-5pm
PARKING
Vendors can pull up near their assigned booth area to unload for setup but MUST park in lot somewhere in front of Car Doctor + in a parking spot.
RULES
- Vendors must pay a $25 fee in advance to reserve their space
- Vendors must have everything setup and ready to go by start time @ 10am
- Vendors must properly weigh down their canopy tents for safety: it gets WINDY at our location, this is non-negotiable and booths are on asphalt
- Vendors must provide all necessary items to set up their booth/table including generator for any electrical needs
- Vendors must remain for the duration of the event without packing up and leaving early
- Vendors must maintain their spaces in a clean condition and remove all waste before leaving the event
- Vendors must display professionalism, courtesy, and respect when speaking to or dealing with ANY guest or fellow vendor
